PROPERTIES: Antispasmodic, Astringent, Bechic, Cephalic, Decongestant, Diuretic, Emollient, Hypotensive, Nervine, Sedative, Sudorific, Tonic.

 

USES:

Circulation/Muscles/Joints: Effective against high blood pressure resulting from nervous tension. Thins the blood which can help chronic circulatory diseases and helps to clear cholesterol.

Immune System: Improves the immune system and has been known to prevent certain types of cancer. Brings down feverish colds by increasing perspiration but decreases night sweats.

Nervous system: Tonifies the nervous system and helpful for headaches, migraines, neuralgia and vertigo.

Mental/Emotional: A relaxing oil that promotes sound sleep and balances mood swings.

Respiratory system: Useful in chronic catarrhal conditions and with clearing mucus. Gets rid of stuffy feeling and clears air passages to facilitate breathing.

Urinary system: Clears mucus from the kidneys and detoxifies the liver which could help with hepatitis.

Skin care: Has soothing and softening toning action that is said to keep wrinkles at bay. Deals with blemishes, freckles and burns.
