By ordering products from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


You may return products that are in new condition without seal tampering and ready for resale within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Return shipment must be arranged and paid for by the buyer. No restocking fees are applied to returns on items that are re-sellable within the 30-day period. You will be issued a refund within 7 days of items being received and inspected. Items that have been opened with seal tampering and are not re-sellable are subject to a 30% restocking fee. After 30 days and no longer than 90 days, items in new condition and ready for resale without seal tampering may be exchanged for another product or returned for account credit with a 20% restocking fee. No returns, credit or exchanges are available after 90 days. Custom aromatherapy products are not eligible for returns, unless it is determined that the product received is not consistent with the sample sent.

Steps for product returns:

1. Call Faith Aromatherapy customer service at (805) 845-3377 or email info@faitharomatherapy.com with your purchase order number to receive a return authorization.

2. Confirm that all items are in original packaging without seal tampering and are in re-sellable condition.

3. Package your return to ensure no damage upon return shipment. If items are received damaged there will be no credit issued.

Please notify Faith Aromatherapy customer service immediately about products that have been damaged during shipment. A full refund or product replacement will be given when notified of damage within 30 days of the purchase. Damaged product may be subject to inspection by shipping company, so please do not discard unless notified.


Faith Aromatherapy provides a manufacturer warranty on all our products between 18-24 months unopened, and 6 months post opening. If found defective within the warranty period, a full refund, replacement or exchange is available upon immediate notification. Please contact Faith Aromatherapy with batch number (located on the bottom of the product) before discarding as possible inspection may be requested. Faith Aromatherapy will pay for shipping of new product.


Online retail orders are generally shipped via UPS or USPS within 3 business days of order placement, unless next day or priority shipment is paid for. In this case products will be packaged and shipped next business day. Custom and hand made products like our deodorants are shipped within 5 business days of order. Faith Aromatherapy is not open on the weekends, so please consider this when paying for priority or next day shipment as your order will not be processed until the next business day.

Shipping is paid for by the customer unless otherwise noted. If the goods are damaged in transit, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make available and present the package and damaged items to shipping company’s local office for inspection and the shipping charges will be refunded. If these are not made available, it is possible that the shipper will not refund the shipping fees and you will be charged for shipping of your replacement products. We will refund shipping fees if the shipping company determines the items were improperly packaged, and will replace your product free of charge.

USPS is used for shipments going overseas to avoid customs and duty fees. Faith Aromatherapy is not liable for shipments damaged in transit through customs. If you prefer to have your overseas packages shipped via UPS, please be aware that you will be required to pay a duty or customs fee before they will release your shipment to you. If you refuse to pay the fees, your shipment will be abandoned and your order and shipping fees will not be refunded.


From time to time, Faith Aromatherapy offers specials, coupon codes and promotions for certain customers. Products sold through coupons, promotions, and specials are not eligible for returns unless they have been damaged or considered defective. Offers may not be combined. Online orders are subject to tax in your city. Orders are subject to shipping and handling fees unless noted that they are included in the offer.


Faith Aromatherapy, LLC. products are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The benefits noted about essential oils and plant extracts used in Faith Aromatherapy products are based on cultural, ancestral and holistic tradition, and not all have been subjected to studies scientifically proving their efficacy. It is known that essential oils and plant extracts have some contra-indications, and we advise our customers who have health concerns, taking medications, or are pregnant/nursing to consult their doctor before using. You may email our Technical Product Support department at technical@faitharomatherapy.com to tell us about your case so we can further examine whether any of our products would be a contra-indication for your current situation.
